A large car bomb has exploded outside a police building in Cizre, south-east Turkey, reports say.
Many people are feared to have been killed and wounded, sources say.
Pictures posted on social media showed a multi-storey building in ruins. It is unclear who carried out the attack.
Cizre has been the subject of several curfews in the past few months as Turkish authorities deployed thousands troops to fight militants of the banned Kurdistan Workers Party, PKK.
